Biography

Marina has a Ph.D. in Anthropology with a specialty in Archaeology from Tulane University in New Orleans, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She has teaching, translation and editing experience and is an expert paleographer. Immediately on graduation, Marina began working in television and garnered several awards for writing. At about this time, she also began painting music.

 

Sound Treasures has received commissions from people in academia, television executives, broadcasters, filmmakers, people involved in alternative health fields and from musicians and composers. Marina’s work has appeared on CD covers, on television and also hangs in homes in Colchester and London, England as well as in Canada.
